Refund policy
All returns must be accompanied with a copy of original tax invoice.
Returns be notified within 7 days of purchase and returned within 14 days of purchase.
Shipping of faulty items will be at the expense of the customer unless item is deemed to be faulty. Item must be in a re-sellable condition. Upon arrival of item to Sleepless City Roasters, an exchange or refund will be processed.
All products returned must include all components of the original delivery. Any product returned without the full complement of parts that was originally supplied with the order may be returned at customer’s expense.

Sleepless City Roasters does not currently accept or ship orders overseas.
