A delightfully fruity dark chocolate made with cocoa from the Tenaru region in the solomon islands. This cocoa is naturally very fruity and gives us lovely notes of dried apricots. We use a blend of old world and modern methods to get the most.

We do our best to package our chocolate so that it will not be damaged by heat. Extra insulation will be used during the warmer months.
