La Plamera is characterized by producing a high-quality coffee that has reached through all the continents as a response to the ones seeking for good coffee. Besides this, in the farm they only hire women head of household to manually select the coffee, implying they are having a positive impact in the community. And that's not all, recently they adapted their processing plant to run on solar power, having as a result a reduction of contamination for burning fossil fuels.
