Grown by Jairo Arcila at Finza Mazatlan. This Coffee was carefully hand-picked in order to use only the ripest cherries. this coffee was honey processed by Cofinet at Finca La Pradera.
This microlot is 100% Catimor (Cost Rica 95). This varietal is leaf rust resistant and was developed by "The Costa Rica Coffee Institute'. Costa 95 is a cross between Timor Hibrid and Caturra.
