Rosa Alba began learning about coffee production from the age of 15 when she was involved in the processes on her family farm run by her parents and grandparents. This knowledge and experience was invaluable when she acquired a farm along with her husband with the help of her husband’s inheritance. Rosa Alba is always looking to improve her post-harvest processes. For this reason she wanted to try honey-processing and naturals, as she enjoys the challenge this brings.
We have been working with Rosa Alba since 2016. Her attention to detail and passion for quality is obvious in the incredible lots she produces year in year out.
